It says one size and it does fit (I wear a large in Commense clothing) but the thick part doesn’t wrap all the way around me, so the back looks funny. I’m 5’9 and 148 pounds and this belt barely fits me so beware if you’re any larger than that.

Super cute. Seems to stay tied. Pretty good quality.
