Ordered a M. I'm 5'4, 136, and this set fits well. Though there is little give along the waist, so recommend you go by the size guide. Negative is the flare of the pants seems to wide for the cut off the set. But it is a great set beyond that. Well made with the material being a very nice quality. With heels the pants won't drag and should fit well.

I like the quality of the material. However, the off shoulder part fits me oddly, with a noticeable gap near armpit. I’ve tried adjusting several times but to no avail. The top is pretty short, too, but I know that is the “style” these days.
